Create your ideal conference area with our modular tables

We are often contacted by companies who are looking to hire tables for conferences and meetings. Many of these customers already know how they want their conference or meeting to be set up, yet they need a little help choosing the right tables to hire to make their plans a reality. For example, recently a customer enquired about hiring tables to create a 'U shape' for a company training session, however because space was at a premium they didn't want to waste space on corners. For this customer, we suggested hiring our modular folding tables, which come in rectangular and trapezoidal versions. 
By hiring rectangular and trapezoidal folding tables, our customers are able to create a layout tailored to their individual requirements. The tables can be used to create hexagon shapes, 'U' shapes, 'L' shapes, and many other configurations.
