Lecture chair hire will make your conference a success

I returned yesterday from an event at a major industry event in West London where we are supplying 300 lecture chairs for hire this week. Luckily our customer had given us a free ticket to the event, snot to miss out on the opportunity, I was the lucky person who got to attend the event. It was a great opportunity to see our hire furniture in use, and to witness first hand the advantages of lecture chair hire! 


Our customer is organising a week long conference , including training sessions, speeches, seminars, and workshops. The lecture chairs are being used in various different ways. In the main auditorium the lecture chairs have been arranged in rows in front of the speaking area. This is a great use of space as it allows the audience, who are all accounting professionals, to easily make notes - there's nothing worse than making notes in your lap - our lecture chairs provide a stable working surface so making notes is hassle free. 


Elsewhere the lecture chairs are also being used in seminar rooms during workshops and classes. By choosing to hire lecture chairs rather that hiring tables and chairs, our customer has been able to fully maximise the available space.
